How long will it take for you to send me my contract?
It can take up to 3 days for us to send your contracts. We will email you letting you know they're available online for review and signing. If we require any physical documents to be signed, those will be sent via overnight delivery, and you'll receive a tracking number when they're on the way.
If two people are on the title and there is an OR between names, how will the check be made out? To both or just one party? Does there need to be a statement of facts for both parties?
Payment will always be made out to the primary applicant, regardless of whether there is an “AND” or “OR” between their names. If you are selling us your car and there is an “OR” on the title, we only need one signature. If there is an “AND” on the title, we will need both signatures. The statement of facts is not impacted and is always addressed by the primary applicant.
Is there any adjustment to turnaround times for FedEx holidays?
If FedEx is on holiday, the turnaround times are adjusted to accommodate for that.
Is a Notary signature needed on the Power of Attorney (POA) form?
No, you do not have to have the document notarized. Uskars will take care of this when we begin the titling process.
What is the Statement of Facts (SOF) document included in my contract package?
This document helps us address and correct with the DMV any variances between the physical title and the remaining contract documents. Variances can include differences in names or addresses.

What is the Document Fee on the Purchase Agreement/Bill of Sale?
This fee is for document processing. It is a non-negotiable fee.
I am concerned about "Uskars's Right to Modify or Rescind" the offer price for my vehicle (as outlined in the Bill of Sale).
The offer is a firm offer based on the information you shared with us during the appraisal process. If we receive the vehicle and find that there is a significant discrepancy (for example, significant damage that was not reported), we do have the right to lower the offer or ask you to pick up the vehicle. This is a very rare occurrence. If your answers were accurate, this should not be a concern.
How does Docusign work when there are 2 buyers with the same email address?
When there are two buyers with the same email address, both buyers will receive a separate invitation email via the shared email address. Each invitation email contains a unique link to view the document with that recipient's signing fields. Use the invitation email that contains your name, click on the link and sign. When both have signed all necessary fields, the paperwork will be routed back to us.
How does Docusign work when there are 2 buyers with different email addresses?
When there are two buyers with different email addresses, Docusign sends an invitation email to one buyer first via that buyer's email address. Once the first buyer has provided the appropriate signatures, Docusign will then send the co-buyer an invitation email via the co-buyer's email address. When both have signed all necessary fields, the paperwork will be routed back to us.
How will you be sending the contract?
As soon as your contract has been prepared, you will receive an email notifying you that it is available online for review and electronic signature. In the event any documents have to be delivered via paper for signature those documents will be sent via overnight delivery and will include a return label. We will email you the tracking number when we send the package.
How long do I have to return / sign / send back the documents and remit payment? Can you extend the amount of time I have to complete this?
The completed documents along with the payment should be sent to us within 1 day of you receiving them. If there are extenuating circumstances making this difficult, please contact our Contracts team at 254-947-5330.
