Will my vehicle come with my titling and registration documents?
No. Your vehicle will be delivered with a buyer's temporary tag that will allow you to drive the vehicle until the titling and registration process is complete. Title and registration documents are fulfilled in 6-8 weeks via overnight mail.

When will my vehicle be delivered?
Your vehicle will typically be delivered within x days of completing your purchase. You should have received an email congratulating you on your purchase and laying out next steps.
And once your vehicle is on its way to you, we'll let you know and give you regular updates until it arrives
How long does delivery take?
Each vehicle undergoes a final quality inspection to make sure it’s in perfect conditions. Once it passes inspection, we’ll arrange transportation for delivery. Typically, within x days from the funds being received and contract being approved.

Will I be provided a Bill of Lading (BOL) or Bill of Sale (BOS) upon delivery?
The driver will provide a Bill of Lading at delivery - either a paper copy or via email. A Bill of Sale will not be provided at delivery.

What do I need to bring for delivery?
Please show a valid government-issued photo ID, so the driver can verify your name against the delivery order.
Does Uskars offer contact-free delivery?
Contact-free delivery is now available, so you can have your car delivered from a safe social distance.
How Contact-Free Delivery works:
1. When your delivery driver arrives with your vehicle, he or she will leave your keys and paperwork inside the car and walk a safe distance away.
2. Then, after you’ve had the chance to inspect your car and sign the paperwork, leave the paperwork in your car, and walk a safe distance away.
3. Finally, the driver will grab the paperwork, and leave you to enjoy your new ride.
Is Uskars delivering vehicles now?
Yes. We are selling and delivering vehicles, contact-free.
What items are included with my vehicle?
Your vehicle will include all items present in the 360-degree view. The vehicle will be delivered with one key, the buyer's tag in the glove compartment and a temporary tag.
Do I have to be available for pickup or delivery, or can someone get the car on my behalf?
If you will not be present when your vehicle is delivered, you can make arrangements with our delivery support team to allow another individual to take receipt of the vehicle. It is important for us to be aware of this before the delivery takes place.
Can I change my delivery address?

Is the delivery fee refundable?
The delivery fee is non-refundable.
When buying a car from Uskars, what is the Bill of Lading and when do I sign it?
When you buy a car from Uskars, your delivery driver will ask you to sign a receipt, known as a Bill of Lading. This confirms you have received your vehicle.
What if I need to change my delivery date?
Please notify our Delivery Support team by calling (254) 947-5330 as soon as possible, and we will do our best to find a new date for your vehicle delivery that works for you.
What should I do when my vehicle arrives?
1. Inspect the vehicle before signing the bill of lading. If you find any issues, please call us immediately at (254) 947-5330
2. Your vehicle will arrive with temporary registration tags. The tags allow you to drive the car legally.
3. If you are trading in a vehicle, be sure to grab all of your belongings out of your trade-in before we pick it up.
